At Threadart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
